In my 15+ years in UX and digital product design, I have been honoured to work with many notable customer-focused brands (and their agencies) including Indigo, Aeroplan, BMO, CBC, Delta Hotels, Hilton, HSBC, Lavalife, Olay and others. I am a frequent speaker at CX and eTail conferences because I deeply enjoy sharing my passion for the customer with the retail community. My product design philosophy is built upon openness to the customer, collaborative and user-centred design techniques to create authentically enjoyable experiences.
