I joined Sears Canada because I was excited to play a role in another Canadian transformation story. The pressured mandate – modernize and relaunch all digital platforms in under 6 months.

Working with an internal team of ecommerce veterans and external agencies to speed delivery, we launched an MVP nationally in October 2016 which retail media has referred to as "a top tier online storefront" (source: seekingalpha).

While there is plenty of work ahead, sears.ca is now able to serve the needs of its customers more effectively and with more grace.

Leading a team of UX, design, and deployment specialists, I established foundational design practices including collaborative design, journey mapping and customer intimacy channels.

Drove experience strategy and vision for Indigo’s digital channels including web and mobile apps.

Established Indigo’s strong digital customer experience practice (voc programs, user experience design, heuristics, user testing, A/B testing) creating a company-wide respect for customer-centric design.

Responsible for concept and design behind all of Indigo’s key conversion features (single page checkout, drag&drop, visual cart) increasing conversion by 2% overall and maintaining a conversion rate almost double industry standard.
